Our Story
At Steelers Elite, we are passionate about the game of basketball and everything it represents. Our founder, a former basketball player, started this business with the goal of providing high-quality training and exposure to players of all skill levels. Today, we continue to uphold that vision.
Our Mission
Steelers Elite Basketball strives to Develop, Guide, & Expose student athletes into potential collegiate & professional prospects. In 2025, with the help of Coach Silas Mills, a former 15+ pro, & 2016 NJCAA National Champion (Salt Lake CC), we look to place & develop ALL our athletes to the next level.
Our History
Steelers Elite Basketball Club was founded in the fall of 2021 by Coach Ramona Ayres, who took a Local YMCA Basketball Team to the AAU scene and never looked back. With the goal of developing young athletes into future collegiate athletes and/or influential & impactful members of society.
